How far in advance should I book a session?
While we accommodate last-minute projects when possible, securing your date at least four weeks in advance allows ample time for planning, location scouting, and creative development.
Can the shoot be tailored to a specific visual style?
Absolutely. During our initial consultation, we discuss in detail your vision and desired outcome, color palettes, and reference images to ensure the final photographs align with your desired aesthetic. During the video and still photo shoot, our clients will “sneak-peek” with KM Photography to ensure we on the path to delivering memorable imagery.
Do you provide contracts and invoicing for your clients?
Yes, detailed contracts and invoices are issued for all services and can be adapted to your organization’s accounting requirements, including itemized line entries.
What services does KM Photography offer?
KM Photography is happy to provide our clients with headshots for businesses and organizations, portraits and event photography. We also shoot short video documentaries and interviews. All services are completed at an agreed upon location, with KM Photography crew setting up 1 hour prior to start time. A free no obligation consultation is conducted with each client so that KM Photography can hear the vision of our client and discuss how we can make your idea come to life.
